CROSQ, the CARICOM Regional Organisation for Standards and Quality, located in Barbados, was established in 2003 by a Caribbean Community (CARICOM) treaty as an Intergovernmental Organisation and the regional centre for promoting efficiency and competitive production in trade and services, through the process of standardisation and the verification of quality.
Created to promote international, particularly Inter-american, and regional cooperation in metrology. SIM is committed to the implementation of a Global Measurement System within the Americas, in which all users can have confidence.
